Ebony Taylor

Ebony Taylor is a strategic Human Resources executive with more than 20 years of progressive leadership experience driving organizational transformation across healthcare, higher education, hospitality, and K-12 education. She is recognized for aligning people strategies with business objectives, leading complex workforce initiatives, and fostering high-performing, inclusive workplace cultures.
Ebony provides executive-level guidance on complex employee and labor relations matters, organizational risk mitigation, regulatory compliance, mergers and acquisitions, and enterprise-wide workforce strategy. She partners with executive leadership, legal counsel, and operational leaders to resolve high-risk employment matters while leveraging workforce analytics to support strategic decision-making.
She has successfully led organizational restructures, labor negotiations, workforce expansions, HR technology implementations, diversity and inclusion initiatives, Title IX compliance, talent management, succession planning, and large-scale change management efforts. Her accomplishments include reducing operational costs, improving employee engagement, modernizing HR systems, and developing innovative workforce strategies that strengthen organizational performance.
Ebony holds a Master of Science in Human Resource Administration from Central Michigan University and a Bachelor of Science in Health Care Systems Administration from Ferris State University. She also earned a Certificate in Diversity, Equity and Inclusion in the Workplace from the University of South Florida and maintains active membership in both the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM) and the American Society for Health Care Human Resources Administration.
