Wang is an experienced higher education leader who has built and led domestic and international recruitment, enrollment, and global partnership initiatives.

She joins UMCI from the University of Michigan’s Stephen M. Ross School of Business, where she most recently served as Senior Associate Director of FTMBA Admissions and Recruitment. In that role, she co-managed a multi-million-dollar scholarship budget and led a team responsible for enrollment and waitlist strategy, event and yield planning, and recruitment efforts. Prior to Ross, she built the international recruitment function and dual-degree programs for the MBA program at Renmin University of China’s Business School in Beijing.

Wang is passionate about supporting students throughout their higher education journey and is energized by the opportunity to make a meaningful impact on their lives.

Wang earned her MBA from Renmin University of China and her Bachelor of Arts in Biology from Emory University.
