Build the skills and confidence to navigate complex negotiations in professional and real-world settings. Through practical frameworks, hands-on simulations, and peer feedback, participants will learn how to prepare strategically, apply negotiation tactics, create value, close agreements, and manage conflict. The course provides practical tools that can be immediately applied in the workplace.
